All you need:
+ A frame
+ Mat-board (some frames include this)
+ Tulle (twice the size of your frame and then some)
+ L Brackets
+ Hot glue
+ Paint (if desired)
This is a super quick craft that can be done in about half an hour and is a cute and convenient way to display your earrings.
